Since the end of February, Chef Kostya has been revisiting the food of his childhood, baking and cooking meals he grew up eating in Ukraine. Doing this was at first just instinctual, something that brought comfort during a time when so much was out of our control. Then we started cooking to raise money for Ukraine.

We hope to gather and raise more funds locally. All proceeds from this dinner will be sent to Tabletochki. Tabletochki is a Ukrainian organization that supports children going through Cancer treatment in Ukraine. Currently, with the war, Tabletochki is currently providing emergency humanitarian aid to Ukrainian children and adults affected by the Russian invasion through systemic support of Ukrainian hospitals, especially children's and those treating the injured; support of tactical medicine; as well as reacting to other urgent needs related to healthcare or children.
